I was wearing glasses for many years and my power increase every year. In my late teens I was already having power of short-sighted three thousand each eye. I was not able to see anything without my glasses. I was also very concern about my looks as my glasses were so thick. Then I heard about Dr. Ranu as he had treated one of my relatives. I came all the way from Kuantan to have “laser surgery”. Dr. Ranu patiently explained to me as the laser surgery was not the answer. I had to undergo a non-laser refractive procedure. After discussing with my family, I underwent refractive surgery at Ranu Eye Specialist. Today, I no longer need glasses. 從我懂事以來，我就離不開那厚厚的眼鏡。可以說每一次檢查眼鏡度數的時候我都心有餘悸，因爲每一次度數都增加不少。在我十六、十七嵗時我雙眼的近視度數都各去到三千多度！沒有了眼鏡，我的世界一片模糊。不但如此，我漸漸對自己沒有了自信心，因爲我的眼鏡是如此的厚，招來異樣的眼光。之後，我從一位親戚朋友那裏聽説了一位眼科醫生，他治好了我親戚朋友的病。所以，我大老遠地從關丹來到位于雪州蒲種的眼科診療所，也就是Dr. Ranu的診所尋求“激光手術”。Dr. Ranu 耐心地解釋給我聼，“激光手術”並不適合我，因爲度數太高了，而我所需要的治療是無激光手術(Clear lens exchange)。與我的家人磋商之後，我決定到納儒眼科激光專科中心去接受Dr. Ranu所建議的治療。今天，我並不需要依靠眼鏡了，而且變得更自信。我很高興擁有了正常的視力與生活。非常感激Dr. Ranu！
