Do You Have Insurance?
If you have an insurance policy, our friendly staff will assist you in determining if you are covered for a cataract procedure.
Cash / Cheque
Cash is accepted on or before the day of your procedure. Personal cheque must be received at least 3 days before your procedure.
Credit Card
We accept Visa & MasterCard for payment on the day of your procedure.
